Chance is a member of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate of the Lake Traverse Reservation located in Northeast South Dakota. He is passionate about sustainability and the environment. He has been active in construction since 2009 when he started doing renovations & remodeling. Chance has been with TVCDC since April 2017.
